Hey Cascadia Community,

We wanted to let you know that our schedule is adjusted for the upcoming days of class, from Thursday, May 9th until Monday, May 13th.

Tomorrow, Thursday the 9th, assistant instructor Jon will be teaching an extended Striking class session from 6:00pm-7:30pm. You can register for that class on our member app or on the webpage at https://cascadiakravmaga.com/schedule/.

The following days, Friday the 10th and Saturday the 11th, class will be cancelled. It is instructor Tim’s birthday this weekend and he is spending some time with his boys. Apologies for the late notice, but we are excited to see you in the studio when we’re back in action!
